This past weekend I was lucky enough to be a second shooter (for Tressie Davis Photography) at a wedding in Michigan. Blue skies, 70 degrees, a light breeze, stunning location, and a gorgeous couple madly in love. It couldn't have been more perfect. I'm still making my way through hundreds of photos, but I've posted a few below that caught my eye. Photo Finalists

I know, I know... I'm totally behind on posting! Soccer season is underway and I've been slammed with orders. Still, I had to take a few minutes to come up for air and post a few photos from this past weekend. This family was stunning, plus we had beautiful weather and the gardens still look amazing!

Last week I had a session with beautiful newborn twins -- a boy and girl. I haven't gotten around to proofing them all so I have yet to post them to my blog. Still, I had to enter one of my favorite's into a contest right away. It's already been chosen as a Photo of the Day over at Shutterbugs -- woo hoo! (p.s. the last of my summer sessions

Usually by the end of August I am so ready for fall, but proofing these pictures from Friday's session makes me wish for at least a couple more weeks of summer. Everything still looks so beautiful! Or maybe it's just these two beautiful girls that make everything look so lovely.
