My latest session was with a senior from Fairborn High School. This guy is quite the athlete -- football, wrestling and volleyball! It was scorching the morning of the session but we still managed to get some good ones outside before heading into the studio. Here's a sampling for mom:

BetterPhoto Finalist

I've been on vacation for the past week and was happy to come back to some good news in my inbox. My youngest munchkin got me another finalist in this month's BetterPhoto contest. More than 19,500 photos were entered into the competition! Here's the finalist photo, titled "Big Boy":

One of my favorite images taken this month was chosen as Photo of the Day over at shutterbugs today. I'm printing this one BIG! It makes me smile every time I look at it, and it even includes me -- well, my feet anyway -- in the picture!

2010 Senior!

Here’s just the thing you need for your Monday doldrums - a beautiful senior! Despite some gloomy-looking clouds, Brooke showed up all smiles for our session at the gardens and walked away with tons of beautiful photos to choose from.
