I had another fabulous senior session with Gavriella Friday. This time we played in the garden and came away with tons of beautiful images. She makes my job so easy :)
I've know this little guy for several years now and he is one of the sweetest and most mellow little boys I know. He's always easy to photograph -- for a boy, anyway! -- and a genuine pleasure to be around. As a bonus, my kids love hanging out with him, too!
I had two wonderful sessions this week with a sassy Beavercreek senior. There were lots of fun bold colors and poses, which I love! Here's a sneak peek from the first studio session. There are lots more to come.
Yesterday I was notified that I'm a finalist in this month's BetterPhoto contest! More than 18,900 photos were entered into the competition, and my image "Little Fish" was selected among the top 448 finalist photos.
This was a first for me -- two eight-week old brothers. I was supposed to take just a couple snapshots, but they were so adorable I ended up with several dozen images. By the end of the session they had worn themselves out and curled up together for a nap.
Today's blog features one of the cutest, plump little one-year olds I've photographed in awhile. Check out those chubby hands -- sooooo cute! This is by far one of my favorite ages to photograph because they haven't lost their baby fat yet and they aren't too mobile, and they usually have lots of genuine smiles to share. Happy birthday Natalie!
Well, I'm a little biased cause they are my niece and nephew, but they are gorgeous! Here is a sneak peek for mom and dad. There are lots more to come...
Hi folks. Just got back from a week-long vacation in Michigan. I had a wonderful time with the family, but also got to spend a day with another photographer that lives near Ann Arbor. She was kind enough to make the drive out to the lake to take our family pictures. After family photos, we spent the day together, letting the kids play and, of course, taking more pictures. I've posted a few below. You can also see some of the pictures she took that day on her web site at http://tressiedavisphotography.blogspot.com.
Whew -- it's a good thing this one is so darn cute because she sure kept me on my toes. I don't think she sat still for more than 5 seconds the whole session! Here's a quick sneak peek. Lots more to come!
I know, I know... it's only July! But fall is my busiest season and I'm already scheduling family sessions. I was completely booked last year and expect this year to fill up just as quickly. Email me today to get on the books! ($100 deposit required to hold your spot.)
