3-month old twins!!

Three-month olds are difficult to photograph. Twins are even more difficult to capture. Three-month-old twins...well, you get the idea. But it's always worth the effort becuase they are only this precious for such a brief time.

SNOW DAY!!!

I love, love, love snow sessions, but being in Southern Ohio means they are impossible to book cause we never know when it's going come. And when we do get snow it usually means the roads are so awful nobody wants to venture out. Lucky for me these beautiful sisters braved the elements for a super fun session in my backyard.

I love, love, love six-month olds! They are always cute, chubby and full of fabulous expressions, and this one was certainly no exception. In fact, all that red hair made her even more adorable! (And big brother was quite a cutie himself...)

second place and photo of the day

The second I took this photo of my son getting ready to take the ice at the intermission of an OSU game, I knew I had a winner. The lighting was super. The hard part was focusing in the dim light and trying to shoot between a team of squirmy mite hockey players. I found out this morning the image took second place in this month's BetterPhoto contest! It also happens to be Photo of the Day over at Shutterbugs today. Woo hoo!
